Caracas, March 10 (RHC-teleSUR) -- Venezuela has withdrawn its charge d'affaires, Maximilian Arvelaez, from the United States.
President Nicolas Maduro announced that the move came in rejection of the executive decree by U.S. President Barack Obama on March 3rd that declared Venezuela “an unusual and extraordinary threat to the national security and foreign policy of the United States.”
“If they don’t want anything to do with us, Bolivarian Venezuela recalls its ambassador in Washington,” said Maduro.
On Tuesday, President Maduro called on his people to mobilize against U.S. interference in Venezuela.
