Havana, August 19 (RHC)-- Iranian Foreign Minister Javad Zarif Mohammad will arrive in Cuba on Sunday on the first leg of a tour of Latin America that diplomatic sources have said will have economic and political relations at its center.
Cuba's embassy in Tehran said the Iranian foreign minister will travel accompanied by a large government and business delegation.
During his visit to Cuba, the Iranian top diplomat and his Cuban counterpart, Bruno Rodriguez, are expected to review the state of bilateral ties in various fields. Foreign Minister Zarif will also meet with other senior government officials in Cuba.
The Iranian foreign minister Cuba visit comes in the hills of a visit to Tehran by Cuban Vice President Ricardo Cabrisas.
