Vargas, October 10 (RHC)-- A shipment of humanitarian assistance from Venezuela left the port of La Guaira bound for hurricane ravaged eastern Cuba on Sunday.
The Venezuelan donation includes roofing material,cargo and water trucks, folk lifters and front loaders, a mortar plant, and other construction aid.
