Havana, November 10 (RHC/Cubaminrex)-- Cuban President Raul Castro sent a message of congratulations to Donald Trump on his election as president of the United States of America.
“On the occasion of your election as President of the United States, I convey my congratulations,” reads the text of message, as published by the website of the Cuban Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
In its edition today, the Cuban daily Granma notes that heads of State and Government from all over the world have sent congratulation messages to Trump after the results of the election were known. Also, several international organizations, including the United Nations, Unasur and the European Union, congratulated the Republican candidate on his winning of presidential elections in the United States.
