Montevideo, December 21 (RHC)-- The University of Uruguay was the venue of a ceremony Wednesday to pay tribute to the historical leader of the Cuban Revolution, the late Fidel Castro.
Organized by the Cuban embassy in Uruguay and solidarity with Cuban groups in the South American nation, the event included conferences of prestigious Cuban and Uruguayan intellectuals on the lifework of Fidel and the screening of a documentary film on the revolutionary leader by Cuban filmmaker Isabel Santos.
