Moscow, February 24 (RHC-PL)-- The Cuban ambassador to Russia, also to Armenia and Uzbekistan, Emilio Lozada García, analyzed the medical cooperation in a meeting with the Armenian Foreign Minister, Eduard Nalbandyan, diplomatic sources said.
During the cordial exchange, Lozada García highlighted the interest of promoting medical collaboration with Armenia, especially in relation to the registration in that country of the medicine intended to treat Diabetic Foot Syndrome, HEBERPROT-P.
The head of the Cuban diplomatic mission also thanked the historic position of Armenia against the economic, commercial and financial blockade imposed by the United States on the island.
Meanwhile, the Armenian Foreign Minister reiterated his heartfelt condolences on the death of the historic leader of the Cuban Revolution, Fidel Castro, and support for increased relations with the island in different spheres.
Nalbadyan made an official visit to Russia to continue a program of activities dedicated to the 25th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic ties between the two nations.
