Havana, March 2 (RHC)-- Salvadorian Defense Minister David Munguia paid tribute Thursday in Havana to Cuban independence heroes Antonio Maceo and Panchito Gómez Toro at the Cacahual Mausoleum, which keeps both their remains.
The Salvadorian defense minister and his delegation were accompanied during the solemn ceremony by Cuba's Deputy Minister of the Revolutionary Armed Forces (FAR) Army Corps General Alvaro López Miera.
The visit agenda of the Salvadorian military delegation includes talks with other FAR officials and tours of military units in Havana.
