Damascus, November 8 (RHC)-- Syrian media highlighted the statements of the Minister of Education of Cuba, Ana Elsa Velázquez, who expressed confidence in the ability of Damascus to achieve victory against terrorism.
According to the media, the Cuban minister condemned the attacks of terrorist groups against schools and scientific research centers, during a meeting with Idris Mayya, Syrian ambassador to Cuba.
They also said that Ana Elsa Velázquez reaffirmed her country's willingness to strengthen cooperation in the field of education, especially higher education, after recognizing the close coordination between the two countries in international forums.
