Bratislava, January 18 (RHC-Minrex)-- Ivan Secik, Slovak Vice Minister of Culture, received Yamila Sonia Pita Montes, Cuban Ambassador to the Slovak Republic, to spell out concrete actions in this sphere, within the framework of the rising level of bilateral relations.
The parties highlighted the importance of signing a Cooperation Program between the Ministries of Culture of Cuba and Slovakia for the years 2018/2020, for which a high-level Slovak delegation will have to travel to the country in the coming months.
They also agreed to take the initial steps to hold a week of Slovak cinema in Cuba, with the aim of strengthening cultural relations between our peoples, with the presentation of a varied filmography, representative of the young Central European nation.
