Beijing, March 1 (RHC) -- An event was held Friday in Beijing to promote the Cuban tourism offer. The meeting, attended by professionals and business people linked to the sector, included several presentations.
At the event, held at the Caribeño restaurant in the Chinese capital, Cuban Consul Javier Jimenez briefed attendants on Cuba's human, cultural, natural and historical attractions as well as on the new opportunities for development provided by the economic transformations taking place in the country.
Other speakers at the meeting also included Sui Yi, deputy general manager of the Chinese company Beijing Tiangjian International Travel Service Co., and Huo Yaofei, who shared their travel and work experiences to Cuba with the audience.
Moreover, participants enjoyed a show of Cuban music, dance, and a traditional Cuban “menu dégustation” by chef Osmany Castillo.
