Havana, May 20 (RHC)-- Vietnamese Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Pham Binh Minh is in Cuba on an official visit.
The distinguished guest will be received by Cuban Foreign Minister Bruno Rodriguez Parrilla, and will meet with the speaker of the National Parliament, Esteban Lazo Hernandez, and other high-ranking officials.
According to Cubadebate, Pham Binh Minh was welcomed at Jose Marti International Airport on Sunday night by Emilio Lozada, the Foreign Ministry´s chief for Bilateral Affair
