Havana, October 22 (RHC)-- The president of the Republic of Cuba, Miguel Díaz-Canel is leading the third governmental visit to the central province of Villa Clara. He announced on Twitter.
During his stay there, the Cuban dignitary, accompanied by the Council of Ministers in a reduced format, will learn how the province is functioning in the stage of new normality after Covid-19 and will evaluate the fulfillment of the tasks and recommendations left in the previous visited in May last year.
The governmental delegation will comply with hygienic-sanitary and social distancing measures to prevent the new coronavirus infection.
Recently, Díaz-Canel visited Santiago de Cuba's eastern province, also for the third time since he took office in April 2018.
