Havana, Oct 26 (RHC)-- Cuban President Miguel Díaz-Canel will speak Tuesday at the Delivering Climate Action: for People, Planet and Prosperity Meeting at the 76th session of the United Nations General Assembly.
According to the Cuban Foreign Ministry's Twitter account, the President's words will be broadcast live on the event's official website.
The thematic debate is held before the Climate Change Conference (COP 26) in Glasgow, Scotland, due to 'the urgency of scaling up climate action to achieve the 1.5-degree target and to ensure that climate change remains the top priority on the international agenda', the published text stated.
