Havana, January 22 (RHC)-- The first secretary of the Communist Party of Cuba (PCC), Miguel Díaz-Canel, is in Villa Clara this Saturday, heading the Party's Secretariat's visit to that province.
In a message posted on Twitter, the Cuban President said that the Party's agenda should increasingly resemble the nation's.
Previously, the secretariat visited the also central province of Sancti Spiritus, 360 kilometers east of Havana, in three intense days of work that included tours of agricultural centers, communities in transformation, and meetings with members of the Communist Party.
The visit's program included exchanges with more than 5,800 PCC members, visits to 129 work centers and 30 communities in the province's 8 municipalities.
