  Havana, Sep 22 (RHC) Cuban Foreign Minister Bruno Rodriguez highlighted Thursday the close friendship that unites our country with Vietnam, during a meeting held in New York with Vietnamese Deputy Prime Minister Pham Bin Minh.

 

The head of Cuban diplomacy said that, in the contract, both parties ratified the will to strengthen economic, commercial, financial, and cooperation ties.

 

Rodriguez heads the Cuban delegation to the 77th session of the United Nations General Assembly (UNGA), which is being held in that U.S. city, and since his arrival last Saturday he has been carrying out an intense work agenda.

 

 

The Cuban official participated this day in a meeting of foreign ministers and other representatives of the 22 Latin American countries, Spain and Portugal to analyze details of the preparations for the XXVIII Ibero-American Summit.

 

On this occasion, he reiterated our country's commitment to strengthening cooperation in this field.

 

The XXVIII Ibero-American Summit will be held in the Dominican Republic in 2023. (Source: PL)
