With everyone's effort, we will overcome difficulties

Havana, Dec 31 (RHC) Salvador Valdés Mesa, Vice President of the Republic, sent a message on Twitter to congratulate the people of Cuba on the advent of the anniversary of the Triumph of the Revolution.

From Brazil, where he is attending the inauguration of President-elect Luiz Inácio Lula de Silva, the Cuban representative assured that with everyone's effort, next year we will overcome the current difficulties.

 In a second message on the social network, Valdes Mesa added that in the new year, we will continue to defeat imperialism and achieve new victories, following the teachings of Army General Raul Castro Ruz and the historic leader of the Revolution, Fidel Castro Ruz. And he added the hashtags #JuntarYVencer and #PatriaOMuerteVenceremos.

Valdés Mesa met with the leader of the Brazilian Socialist Party, Carlos Siqueira, as part of his work agenda in the South American nation.
