Cuban President receives Mexican Order of the Aztec Eagle

Mexico City, Feb 11 (RHC) Mexican President Andrés Manuel López Obrador presented his Cuban counterpart, Miguel Díaz-Canel, with the Decoration of the Mexican Order of the Aztec Eagle on Saturday.

The solemn ceremony took place in the archeological site of Edzná, a marvelous place that treasures the history and culture of the Mayan civilization.

The Decoration of the Mexican Order of the Aztec Eagle is awarded to foreigners in recognition of services rendered to Mexico or humanity.
