First International Fair ExpoSur 2023 will be held in Cuban province

Havana, Apr 26 (RHC) - The First ExpoSur 2023 International Fair will be held in the south-central Cuban province of Cienfuegos  between September 14 and 17.

The president of the organizing committee of the event, Yolexys Rodríguez, explained in a press conference that the fair will bring together in face-to-face and virtual format leading export companies from the country and other nations.

The also lieutenant governor of the city added that the participants will be able to present their portfolios of products and opportunities, as well as arrange business intentions among themselves and with Cienfuegos.

She said that the fundamental objective of this first meeting is to promote the presence of international exhibitors, foreign trade businesses and foreign investment intentions, in addition to highlighting Cienfuegos as a tourist destination.

For her part, the director of the Chamber of Commerce delegation in the province, María del Carmen Serra, pointed out that several exporting companies from the territory and other cities have been identified as able to show their productions to the world.

The face-to-face venue of the fair will be the Hotel Pasacaballos Fairs and Exhibitions venue and the virtual one on the Cuban platform Fevexpo, available at https://expocienfuegos.fevexpo.cu/ in Spanish, English and French.

Among the countries expected to be present are France, Canada, Egypt, Mexico and India. Around 50 stands are expected at the face-to-face fairgrounds and up to 100 virtual ones. (Source: Prensa Latina)
