International Tourism Fair of Cuba begins
Havana, May 1 (RHC) - The 41st Cuban International Tourism Fair (FITCuba 2023) begins today at the San Carlos de La Cabaña Fortress, in Havana, together with a cultural gala.
Scheduled from May 1 to 5, the event has an extensive program for attending journalists and tour operators (Postour), which covers territories in the center of the country such as Cienfuegos, Trinidad and Villa Clara, along with some keys in the northern portion of the archipelago, with visits until May 11.
According to a message from the Gaviota Group, the Fair reaches a good turnout following the line of gradual recovery of the country's tourist activity that in January had a rebound despite the continuous complexities.
The Gaviota Group is the most representative company of the travel activity in the archipelago and therefore a strong presence and proposals are expected from it at the event.
FitCuba 2023 will place an accent on the culture and heritage resources of the island, with proposals for new products, excursions and specialized circuits, in an additional effort to promote and diversify the destination. (Source: Prensa Latina)
