Evidence showing the work of counterrevolutionary sectors based in Miami, United States, to boycott Cuba's participation in the Celac-EU Summit, was shown today in the star edition of this country's news program.

Havana, July 16 (RHC)-- Evidence showing the work of counterrevolutionary sectors based in Miami to boycott Cuba's participation in the Celac-EU Summit, was shown today in the prime time edition of the island's news program.

The television program also denounced that the Spanish ultra-right-wing Vox party was one of the main precursors of the resolution recently adopted by the European Parliament with a markedly interfering character, which was rejected by the International Relations Commission of the National Assembly of People's Power of the island.

The European Parliament's resolution was intended to tarnish the name of the Caribbean nation ahead of the 3rd Summit of the Community of Latin American and Caribbean States and the European Union (Celac-EU), scheduled for the 17th and 18th of this month in Brussels, Belgium.

The informative space explained that Vox, besides responding to a fascist ideology, allied itself with the most reluctant of the counterrevolution and its main leaders visited the city of Miami in February of this year to be appointed ambassadors of the Cuban exile in Spain.

Likewise, they met with notorious terrorists who promote violence in all spheres against Cuba.  The media show is also joined by America TV, which intends, through a montage, to create the idea that outside the Summit venue, hundreds of Cubans are demonstrating against the Government of the Caribbean nation, the newscast pointed out.

According to the denunciation of Cuban television, directors of that media contacted a journalist from CubaNet - also financed by the United States - to narrate, without being on site and five days before, the alleged demonstrations.

During the newscast, it was recalled that heads of state of Latin America and Europe will meet in Brussels, and that, while Cuba will go with the aim of promoting cooperation and unity in the midst of differences, those sectors seek to create chaos and confrontation.

"There is no good intention among those people, leaving them space on Belgian soil would bring not only insecurity for Cubans, but also for the delegations of the rest of the participating countries. They are troublemakers and violent," the report states.  (Source: Prensa Latina)
