Havana, May 13 (RHC) -- The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Cuba, Bruno Rodríguez, denounced today through his account in X, the arrest of thousands of students and teachers in the United States for demonstrating against the massacre in Israel in Gaza.

On the social network, the Cuban Foreign Minister stressed that more than 2,400 American students and university professors have been detained for peacefully denouncing the complicity of his government in Israel's genocide against the people of Palestine.

The United States government lacks the morality to talk about human rights, Rodríguez indicated in his post.

Since April 18, students and professors from numerous American institutions, including Yale, Indiana University in Bloomington, Arizona State University and Washington University in San Luis, have been carrying out demonstrations and camps in protest of the Zionist massacre in Palestine. .
