Havana, July 21 (RHC)-- The First Secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party and President of the Republic, Miguel Díaz-Canel Bermúdez, held a meeting this Saturday with Viacheslav Volodin, president of the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of Russia, who is visiting Cuba.
