Cuba thanks friends and compatriots for support against U.S. blockade

Havana, July 28 (RHC)-- Foreign Minister Bruno Rodriguez welcomed the International Day Against the U.S. Blockade of Cuba, led by friends and compatriots of the island in several cities around the world.

The Cuban Minister of Foreign Affairs posted on the social network X images of activists against the anti-Cuban policy of the White House, and assured that in the face of injustice, the solidarity of those who march with Cuba will always shine.

According to Prensa Latina, the cry of ¡Cuba sí, Bloqueo no! was heard at the international airport in Miami, the scene where groups of patriotic emigrants joined the International Caravan against the unilateral siege of the United States on the island.  With flags and messages demanding an end to the economic, financial and commercial siege against the largest of the Antilles, the participants in the Caravan were present in front of the air terminal, details that media outlet.

The Puentes de Amor movement called for this Sunday, July 28, the holding of rallies and marches in various latitudes of the planet to demand the cessation of coercive measures against the Antillean island. The initiative, which dates back to 2020, raises this demand in the streets on the last weekends of each month, recently explained Carlos Lazo, coordinator of the movement in the North American nation.   (Source: Prensa Latina)
