Havana, October 26 (RHC)-- Cuban Foreign Minister Bruno Rodriguez Parrilla welcomed this Saturday from the social network X the exhibition #CubaIsNotAlone (Cuba is not alone) in the streets of New York, on October 29 and 30, coinciding with the discussion of Resolution 78/7 of the United Nations General Assembly that denounces the United States blockade against the people of this Caribbean nation.

"On the initiative of the Artists vs Blockade Movement, the #CubaIsNotAlone exhibition will be exhibited in the streets of New York, with 50 works by artists from more than 15 countries. An end to the blockade against Cuba and the exclusion of sponsors of terrorism from the list is demanded," said the head of Foreign Affairs.

The art exhibition will celebrate the resistance of the Cuban people against the economic, commercial and financial blockade imposed by the United States for more than six decades.

"Cuba is not alone: is an initiative of the Artist vs Blockade movement, which has joined the global clamor to end sanctions against Cuba and its elimination from the unilateral list drawn up by the White House of States sponsoring terrorism.

The movement has invited artists, graphic designers and creators to join the #CubaIsNotAlone campaign: «Join a cause that transcends borders and share your talent».

"Now more than ever, it is crucial to amplify the voices of support for the Cuban people, who have resisted unjust and unilateral sanctions for decades. Your creativity can make a difference", indicated the call.

The website https://cubaisnotalone.art/ has an online catalog available with many of these works that can be seen not only on the streets of New York, but also at the UN headquarters and in multiple online forums.   ( SOURCE: ACN )
