Montevideo, October 28 (RHC) -- Uruguayan Foreign Minister Luis Almagro will head an official delegation to the upcoming Havana International Fair FIHAV 2014, official sources said Monday.

Almagro will be accompanied by chairpersons of state and private companies. During the visit, a memorandum of understanding will be signed together with Cuban officials, in a move to facilitate bilateral trade and economic partnership.

The fair, in its 32nd edition this year, is scheduled to take place from November 2nd to the 8th and will be specially dedicated to the promotion of Cuba's new foreign investment law and the opportunities it offers international businesses.
