Havana, June 17 (RHC)-- Cuban Foreign Minister Bruno Rodriguez is holding official talks today with his Laotian counterpart, Thongloun Sisoulith. The Laotian top diplomat, who also serves as his country's deputy prime minister, is on an official visit to Cuba.
