Paramaribo, August 12 (RHC)-- Cuban Vice President Salvador Valdes Mesa is heading the island's delegation to the swearing-in ceremony of Suriname's president Desire Delano Bouterse.
According to this morning's edition of Granma newspaper, the Cuban delegation includes Deputy Foreign Minister Rogelio Sierra and Cuban Ambassador Julio Armando Solis
