Havana, January 14 (RHC)-- The art work Milagro (Miracle) by prominent Cuban artist Alexis Leyva, Kacho will be sent to the Italian city of Lampedusa.
The art work was given by Cuban President Raúl Castro to Pope Francis during his visit to Cuba last September.
The baroque-style sculpture features Jesus Christ on the cross, made of wooden oars. It is dedicated to people whose livelihood depend on the sea.
