Havana, (RHC) - Spanish cyclist Iván García Cortina won the third stage of the Paris-Nice race, on a day marked by several falls and adverse weather conditions.
The 24 year old Asturian, arrived well placed at the end, and when it seemed that stars of the sprints like Sagan or Ewan had better position, he launched his bike with an amazing power that allowed him to win with sufficiency. A great triumph in this race, with a World Tour category, somewhat diminished by the coronavirus, which also tarnished in part his victory ceremony and that of Schachmann, who continues as the race leader.
