Mariafélix Sarría
Havana, Sept 19 (JIT) - Marifélix Sarría will be the only Cuban to compete in the World Junior Weightlifting Championship in León, Spain.
The event starts this Thursday and has the participation of about 370 athletes from 69 nations, a record number.
The Cuban will compete in the +87 kilograms, a division that, according to the official calendar of the event, will not see action until the last day.
From the Pan American region, the largest delegations will be Colombia (20), the United States (20) and Mexico (18).
