Former U.S. President Trump’s personal attorney Rudy Giuliani has been ordered to testify to a grand jury in Georgia as part of a criminal probe into efforts by Trump and his allies to overturn the 2020 election.

Atlanta, July 22 (RHC)-- Former U.S. President Trump’s personal attorney Rudy Giuliani has been ordered to testify to a grand jury in Georgia as part of a criminal probe into efforts by Trump and his allies to overturn the 2020 election.

Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis revealed that Giuliani has been ordered to testify on August 9th, after he failed to appear at a hearing earlier this month.

The investigation appears to be focused on 16 Georgia Republicans who signed up as fake electors after Joe Biden won Georgia, but the probe also seems to be aimed at Trump’s request to the Georgia secretary of state in January of 2021 that he “find 11,780 votes,” enough to declare Trump the victor in Georgia.
