"During the day, 38 civilians were killed by Israeli bombings and 124 were injured," the health authority said in a statement.  The Lebanese Ministry of Health's Emergency Operations Center reported that an incursion by the occupying forces into a house in the city of Al-Halaniya resulted in the martyrdom of two people and the wounding of eight others in the Baalbek Hermel governorate.

Also in the governorate, an attack on the Gor barracks occurred and, after an initial count, three people were killed and seventeen others were wounded.  Similarly, an incursion in Al-Alaq resulted in the martyrdom of ten people, also in the Baalbek Hermel governorate.

On October 28, in the city of Tyre and the outskirts of the town of Shamstar and the old Saraya neighborhood in the city of Nabatieh, seven people were killed and several others were wounded after an attack on a building by the Israeli occupation forces.

The Lebanese health authority also reported an attack at dawn against a building in the Ramel neighborhood of Tyre, which killed five people and injured ten others.

It is also reported that an attack targeting a home in the town of Dahr Al-Sawana caused the death of its owner, while three children were injured.
