Brussels, June 1 (RHC)-- European officials say at least 5,000 migrants have been rescued in the Mediterranean over the weekend. The migrants were on 25 vessels that left from Libya on their way to various European countries.
According to reports from Europe, this is the biggest wave of migrants this year so far.
