Havana, June 30 (RHC) -– Bolivian Foreign Minister David Choquehuanca highlighted on Monday in Havana the importance of indigenous people's self-determination and the necessity to rescue the history and culture of those communities.
Speaking at an event hosted by the Casa de las Américas cultural center, the Bolivian official referred to the process of social and economic change underway in the South American country, and recalled the abuses and discrimination which the indigenous peoples of Bolivia were subjected to for centuries.
