Biran, December 7 (RHC)-- President Raúl Castro attended Tuesday's burial ceremony for his brother Ramón Castro and his sister Angela Castro at the family pantheon in Birán, in the eastern province of Holguín.
During the ceremony, Havana's Historian Eusebio Leal said that Angela, the oldest of seven children, was a loving daughter and sister, while Ramón Castro, lived his whole life in Birán, where he worked the land until his dying day.
On a family request, the remains of the brother and sister of President Raúl Castro and Revolution leader, the late Fidel Castro, were transported to Birán and laid to rest in the family pantheon.
