Santa Clara, January 27 (RHC-ACN)-- Candidates for delegates to the Provincial Assembly of Peoples Power of the Cuban province of Villa Clara and members of Parliament for that locality exchanged with the people on a tour that included the Marta Abreu Central University of Las Villas.

Cuba's First Vice President Miguel Diaz-Canel, in his capacity as parliamentary candidate, participated in the meeting held with teachers, workers of the center and the People's Council in which the institution is located.

Prior to the elections, which will take place on March 11th, candidates for delegates to the provincial Assemblies as well as deputies to the Parliament are carrying out a program that includes tours of places of economic and social interest and talking with area residents.
