Havana, March 18 (RHC) The 10th International Symposium on Education and Culture went into session Tuesday in Varadero, with a large academic agenda that includes over 150 specialized works to be debated by participants over five days.
The forum, underway at the Palma Real hotel, in Varadero, was organized jointly by the Juan Marinello University of Pedagogical Sciences in Cuba and by Mexico´s University of Tangamanga.
The international gathering includes colloquia on education, which will consider current challenges and prospects in the field. Also included are book launches and courses.
A workshop on the work of Cuban National Hero Jose Marti will close the forum on March 22.
