Havana, Jul 1 (RHC)-- Major General Luis Alberto Rodríguez López-Calleja died today in Cuba, an official statement said.
The death of the executive president of the Business Administration Group of the Revolutionary Armed Forces (GAESA) took place in the early hours of Friday morning, as a result of a cardiorespiratory arrest.
General Luis Alberto, a member of the Political Bureau of the Central Committee of the Party and deputy to the National Assembly of People's Power, has a brilliant record of service to the Homeland and the Cuban Revolution, the statement said.
