Havana, Jan 28 (RHC) The vice president of the National Assembly of People's Power and the Council of State of Cuba, Ana María Mari Machado met this Saturday with members of parliamentary delegations from several countries visiting Havana.
In its official Twitter account, the Parliament reports on the dialogue held with Deputy Edgardo Ramirez, president of the Cuba-Venezuela Parliamentary Friendship Group in the National Assembly of that country.
During the meeting, they valued the excellent state of bilateral relations and the possibilities of developing solidarity in both directions and collaboration between the legislative bodies of the two countries.
Likewise, the Cuban government official received Deputy Karol Kariola, from the Communist Party of Chile, in a friendly meeting in which both parties highlighted the will to strengthen inter-parliamentary relations.
During the meeting, Ana María Mari also talked with Leevi Shiimi Katoma, president of the International Relations Commission of the Namibian Parliament, and other members of her delegation (Source: Prensa Latina).
