Havana, December 2 (RHC) -– The President of the Republic of Congo, Denis Sassou Ngueso, arrived on Monday afternoon in Havana, where he will hold talks with Cuban President Raul Castro.
The distinguished visitor was welcomed at Havana's José Martí International Airport by Cuba's Deputy Minister of Foreign Relations, Rogelio Sierra.
Cuba and the Republic of Congo commemorated last May the 50th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations. Both countries maintain strong links of cooperation and solidarity.
