Havana, July 14 (RHC) –- The book “Raul Castro: A Man in Revolution” by Nicolai S. Leonov was presented Tuesday morning during a special session of Cuba's National Assembly of People's Power. The launching was attended by Cuban deputies and government officials.
The book not only deals with the personal life of the Cuban head of State, but also is a valuable compilation of events that marked the Caribbean island in recent decades.
"Raul Castro, un hombre en Revolucion," tells the personal story of the Cuban statesman, from the years in Biran, where he spent his childhood -- a story marked by an unlimited dedication to the Motherland.
The book, which was originally published in Russian, also includes a chronology of the most important dates in the life of Raul Castro and more than 80 photos, some of them previously unpublished.
