Florida police face probe into killing of two Black teenagers

Miami, November 24 (RHC)-- Authorities in the U.S. state of Florida have opened an investigation into the recent police killing of two Black teenagers who were shot at least eight times while driving a car in Cocoa, Florida, on November 13th.  One passenger in the car survived.

Attorney Benjamin Crump is now representing the families of 16-year-old Angelo Crooms and 18-year-old Sincere Pierce.  Crump said the teenagers were terrified and tried to drive around the officers, who were aiming guns at the car.

The officers were reportedly following the car because they thought it had been stolen, but in fact the car belonged to the girlfriend of one of the teenagers.
