La Paz, Apr 5 (RHC) The President of Bolivia, Evo Morales, convened ambassadors and executives from international bodies accredited in his country, to explain the reasons to proceed at the International Court of Justice against Chile, for the unauthorized use of the waters of Silala River.
Deputy Foreign Minister Juan Carlos Alurralde said in La Paz that they presented hard evidence proving that their demand is not artificial, and which they complement with irrefutable historic, legal and technical expertise.
Alurralde said that Silala River is fed by sources located in Bolivian territory.
