Matanzas, April 2 (RHC)-- A meeting was held with the presence of Yaniria Hernández Vento, First Deputy Minister of the Ministry of Labor and Social Security of the Republic of Cuba, along with representatives of the United Nations World Food Program in Cuba, executives and employees of the Information Technology Company for Defense, and the Matanzas Science and Technology Park to optimize the development of the ProSocial application.

The application will allow the collection of sensitive data on the needs of Cuban families, facilitating more efficient and accessible government management as part of e-government focused on citizen interaction.

Furthermore, it is part of government management that is committed to digital transformation through the use of technology to achieve greater precision in social policies, reaching the population with real and timely solutions.

The PROSOCIAL project aims to improve the mechanisms for identifying and targeting people in vulnerable situations that impact food and nutritional security.

The Matanzas Science and Technology Park is a space where innovation, technology, and sustainable development come together to drive social progress and supports projects such as the Prosocial application of the Ministry of Labor and Social Security of the Republic of Cuba.
