Although Israel is a militarized state and one of the main arms manufacturers in the world, the supplies promptly sent by the United States contribute to the support of the genocidal bombings in Gaza.

The Northern power fulfills to the letter an agreement signed with Israel in 2016 to provide it with 3.8 billion dollars a year in military aid, as admitted by the US Secretary of State, Anthony Blinken.

Unsatisfied with such a supply, President Joseph Biden's administration rushed to remit more military equipment and ammunition to its main ally in the Middle East as early as October 8.

The Pentagon made no secret of its urgency and reported an accelerated review of its inventories to determine whether it could deliver more supplies to the Hebrew state.

The pretext used was the armed incursion of the Islamist group Hamas into Israel, although weeks later and in the midst of a brutal strafing ordered by the Zionist regime in Gaza, there was no indication that deliveries would decline.

What is more, the United States moved its naval force and aircraft closer to the Mediterranean to show its support for Tel Aviv and to prop it up if necessary in its daily strafing of Gaza, where more than 9,000 civilians have already been killed.

The tenants of the White House are concerned about the situation created because it also supplies Ukraine with war equipment, hence a simultaneous operation would require additional funds, in consultation with Congress.

The feverish contribution to Israel is taking place at a time when there is no indication that the recipient will reduce its military production.

Israel's military spending in 2022 exceeded $23 billion, according to data from SIPRI, Stockholm International Peace Research Institute.

Much higher than that of its neighbors, this million-dollar expenditure occurs in a country with a limited population, with a little more than 9 million people, and is therefore ranked 15th in the list of states in this indicator.

Military spending represents 4.51 percent of its Gross Domestic Product, also the highest in the region.

For these reasons, the international community watches today, astonished, as Israel's massacres continue in Gaza with each passing day, sustained by an indigenous war industry, but lavishly complemented by Washington.
