Havana, July 25 (RHC) – Cuban outfielder Alfredo Despaigne went 3-3, with a Home-Run, two singles, two runs scored and a run batted in, during the victory of his team, the Soft Bank Hawks 11-7 against the Chiba Lotte Mariners in the Pacific League of the Japanese baseball.
Despaigne is now 5th in the Home-Run race in the Pacific League with 21, and the only Latin player in the top 5 of that category.
