Lodz, Poland, June 27 (PL) - Brazil will seek here today its ticket to the semifinals of the Nations League men's volleyball against the powerful Poland in the second match of the quarterfinals.

The South Americans, champions of the tournament in 2021, finished the preliminary round in seventh place with 21 points and a similar balance of six wins and an equal number of defeats, seven points behind the Slovenian leaders (11 wins and one setback).

In between them will be the Poles, second in the first phase, with 29 points and a record of 10 wins and two losses.

In the other match of the day, Japan, third in the last edition, will face Canada.

The Japanese finished fourth in the opening round with 25 points, with nine wins and three losses, while the Canadians finished in fifth place (23 points) with a total of eight wins and four losses.

Tomorrow, in the remaining matches of the second round, Italy will face France and Argentina will take on Slovenia.
