Washington, September 23 (RHC)-- The New York Times reports the Donald Trump administration is preparing to dismantle rules limiting CIA and military drone strikes and commando raids outside of conventional battlefields.
According to the daily newspaper, the plan would remove so-called high-level vetting of proposed raids and drone strikes and would allow for the assassination of low-level foot-soldiers.
