Caracas, March 4 (RHC)—Venezuela´s vice president, Delcy Rodríguez, says the Constitutional government is assessing the legal measures it will implement against the self-proclaimed interim president, Juan Guaido, after his arrival today in the South American country.

The behavior of the deputy of the National Assembly in contempt will be analyzed by the state agencies, which are solid and sustainable institutions, said Rodriguez in statements to the press.

Rodriguez recalled that on February 23, Guaido violated a restraining order that forbade him from leaving Venezuela, which had been issued by the Supreme Court of Justice.

Likewise, she described the opposition leader as a conspirator of attacks against Venezuelan institutions and democracy, with the consent of foreign governments, who intend to overthrow the legitimate and constitutional president, Nicolás Maduro.

'The Venezuelan Government has strong and sustainable institutions that respect our criminal legislation and preserve the rule of law in the country,' Rodriguez concluded.
