Bogota, May 10 (RHC)-- This Sunday marked 12 days of the National Strike in Colombia with another new day of protests, which included cultural events in several cities of the South American country, against the neoliberal model of the government of President Ivan Duque.
In Bogota, a sit in was held in the central plaza of the capital, in which artistic activities were also held to commemorate Mother's Day.
Demonstrators demand improvements in the health, labor and education systems, and also repudiate the repression that has claimed the lives of at least 47 people, according to independent organizations.
